The Application is founded on the grounds that, the matter has been in the corridor of justice for quite substantial amount of time and the parties having completed filing their pleadings in the matter it ought to proceed for hearing and judgment.
The Applicant contends that his advancement in age and the vagaries of life that come with old age has been emotionally and financially draining him in relation to the matter in court hence besieging the Court to consider the matter to be taken up for speedy determination.
The Applicant wishes to confirm the urgency of the matter is further buttressed by virtue of the fact that his pension ought to be earning him interest as per realignment circular dated 1st July 1985.
The Applicant prays for compensation of the entire outstanding underpaid pension arrears to date on account of all supporting materials before the honorable court and that the cost of this application be provided for in any event.
