Verdict | In the result, and for the reasons that we have set out hereinabove, we do hereby dismiss the Application. In exercise of our discretion under Rule 111 (1) of the Court's Rules, we order that the costs of this Application shall abide the outcome of the Reference. We direct that the Reference be fixed for hearing at the earliest opportunity.
