REFERENCE NO. 2 OF 2025 JOSHI URVASHI NAUTAMLAL v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent’s act and decision of the Supreme Court of Rwanda in case RS/INJUST/RP00002/2023/SC was a contravention of the rule of law principle, miscarriage of justice and the general principle that doubt must be in favour of the accused failing to adhere to the principles of good governance and rule of law therefore violating Articles 6(d), 7(2) and 34 of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
