REFERENCE NO. 22 OF 2024 NTEGEYE ROBERT BENARD v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent’s State act/decision by its High Court in an Appeal case Number RADA 00146/2023/HC/KIG of illegally dismissing the Applicants Application/Appeal regarding irregular transfer of property situated on a piece of land without following the Court procedure is a violation of the fundamental and operational principles of the community guaranteed under Article 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African community.
