REFERENCE NO. 32 OF 2020 PROTAS MSABI WARIOBA T/A ENTERPRISES v. ALAF LIMITED

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent’s action of breaching terms or condition of an agreement for the supply of goods and services within East African Community where by the Applicant deposited money in account of  the Respondent to be supplied with goods and services but not  supplied instead the Respondent supplied to another person without the Applicant’s consent is a violation of Article 6(c) and (e), 7(1)and(c), 8(1) of East African Community Treaty.
