REFERENCE NO. 35 OF 2024 PETER ODIWUOR NGOGE T/A O. P. NGOGE & ASSOCIATES ADVOCATES v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent’s state by an unlawful adverse decision rendered by The African Commission on Human & Peoples Right conducted virtually at its 76^th Ordinary private session from 19^th July 2023 to 2^nd August 2023 in respect of Application Communication No. 485 of 2014 and Communication No. 535 of 2015 against the Applicant contrary to rules of natural justice and in contravention to Article 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
