REFERENCE NO. 44 OF 2024 PETER ODIWUOR NGOGE T/A O. P. NGOGE & ASSOCIATES ADVOCATES v. THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA

The Applicant avers that the Respondent through a decision rendered by the Court of Appeal of Kenya in Kisumu Civil Appeal No. 144 of 2019 unlawfully insinuating that the subject portion of the parcel titled Majoge/Bosoti/48 had been sold without evidence of a sale agreement contrary to Section 3(3) of the Law of Contract Act contravened Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community and the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct to the detriment of John Senema Sirimi.
