REFERENCE NO. 21 OF 2024 VICTOIRE INGABIRE UMUHOZA v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent’s State act/omission and decision of unjustly, unprincipled and unreasonably dismissing the Applicant’s request in the High Court of Rwanda case Number RP00101/2023/HC/KIG for rehabilitation which would have enabled her register a political party and leave the country to visit her children and husband are in violation of the  fundamental and operational  principles of the community guaranteed under Article 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African community.
