Summary | The Applicant alleges that the Government misused its power by avoiding passing some money through the Parliament to get approval before use and that it also allowed political parties to fire a Member of the Parliament which is against the constitution which insists that people have great power, and the member of parliament should resign himself or herself, that the land of poor people and infrastructure system are given to the rich, and that the Government also misused its power to deny him his rights to be paid although he has been the consultant of the Government contrary to Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
