REFERENCE NO. 41 OF 2022 KAMUHANDA UMULISA ODETTE v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA

The Applicant alleges that the decisions and actions by the Respondent State through the management City of the Kigali in of unlawful demolishing the Applicant’s apartment mall on 09/08/2022, with intention of forceful and unlawful expropriate over the applicant’s land and property are an infringement of Articles 6(d), 7(2) and 8(1)(c) of The Treaty for the Establishment of East African Community.
