REFERENCE NO. 44 OF 2022 PETER ODIWUOR NGOGE T/A O.P NGOGE & ASSOCIATES ADVOCATES VS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent State through the decision delivered by the Hon. Lady Justice Hedwig Ongudi in High Court of Kenya Petition No. 111 of 2018 against the Applicant curtailed the rules of natural justice and Articles 10,19,20,21,25,27,28,29,33,40,43,48,50,159 of Kenya 2010 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and in contravention of Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
