REFERENCE NO. 45 OF 2022 GEOFREY KAZINDA VS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA

The Applicant alleges that decision of the Respondent State through a ruling and judgment of High Court Judges in the High Court Anti – Corruption Division Session Case No. 002 of 2019 wherein a determination of formal criminal applications Nos. 23, 24, 25, 29 and 30 of 2022 without fixing them for hearing and completing pleadings from parties are unlawful and infringement of articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for Establishment of East African Community.
