REFERENCE NO. 51 OF 2022 MALE H. MABIRIZI K. KIWANUKA VS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent’s State through the several processes, actions, directives and decisions of the Court of Appeal Justices in respect to Civil Applications No. 39, 64, 433, 434, 436, 546, 547, 548, 549 and 550 of and Civil Reference No. 91 of 2022 Male H. Mabirizi K. Kiwanuka v Attorney General are unlawful and infringements on fundamental and operational principles of the community enshrined in Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of The Treaty for Establishment of East African Community.
