REFERENCE NO. 52 OF 2022 K.K TRANSPORTERS UGANDA LIMITED & 2 OTHERS V. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN

The Applicants allege that the Respondent’s unlawful and illegal act of issuing a Red Alert the Third Respondent is in breach of Articles 5(3)(g), 6(d), 7(1)(a) (b), (c) and (2) and 8(1)(a) and (c) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community as well as Articles 4, 13 and 16 of the Protocol on Establishment of the East African Common Market.
