REFERENCE NO. 60 OF 2022 MUPENZI FESI JACKLINE V. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA

The Applicant alleges that the act of the Respondent State through the Rwanda Utilities and Regulatory Authority replacing/demoting her verbally from the position as a Senior Manager in charge of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation without cause and grounds for the same contravene the principles of good governance, rule of law and democracy and as such infringe on articles 6(d), 7(2) and 8(1) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
