REFERENCE NO. 61 OF 2022 MOULDERS LIMITED V. THE HON. MINISTER OF JUSTICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN

The Applicant alleges that the actions by the government of the Respondent State neglecting to pay its claims for work done out of a contract for construction of a Prison General Headquarters Building in Juba and instead illegally terminating its contract was a violation of the fundamental principles of rule of law and good governance as set out in Articles 6(d) &7(2) of the Treaty for The Establishment of The East African Community.
