Summary | The Applicant alleges that the actions of the Respondent State by the Supreme Court erroneously analyzing and refusing to remain consistent with the duties that had been recommended by the judge of cessation and rendering a decision of convenience under RTC 2003 in a land dispute between himself and another party in disregard of the laws of the Respondent State are in violation and contrary to the fundamental principles of good governance, human rights, rule of law and social justice as provided for in the treaty for the establishment of the East African Community as envisaged in articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the treaty.
