REFERENCE NO. 8 OF 2022 SAMUEL BIHA v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURUNDI

The Applicant alleges that the act of the Respondent’s through its agents of revoking the applicant Title to property that was acquired lawfully and was issued to the Applicant on 27th September 1988 on the grounds that they might have been obtained fraudulently, a decision communicated to him on 21st December, to disentitle his of his lawfully acquired property situated in Bujumbura is in contravention with Article 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty.
