East African Court of Justice Arusha 9th August 2022: The EACJ Appellate Division resumes its August session this week on 8th August 2022. The Court will handle a total of 20 cases and these include: 8 matters for Scheduling Conference, 6 matters for hearing, 2 Rulings and 2 Judgments for delivery as well as 2 Arbitration matters coming up for hearing.
The matters will be brought before the EACJ Appellate Division bench that is composed of Honourable Justices Nestor Kayobera (President), Geoffrey Kiryabwire (Vice President), Lady Justices Sauda Mjasiri, Anita Mugeni and Justice Kathurima M’Inoti.
The Appellate Division will conclude its session at the end of August.
